Does anyone know where I can manually download the PC drivers for this device?

My job does not allow for unencrypted USB devices to be inserted so driver installation fails when you try to plug and play.

Hey Tony, thanks for the response.

Excuse my ignorance, but I'm not seeing which download specifically mentions the drivers I'm looking for under the Capture and Playback menu.

Also when I search for the specific device, it doesn't seem to affect a change in the results.

Do you know the name of the actual download? All I see for the most part is Desktop Video updates.

The Desktop video software includes the drivers.

I have no problems with the latest drivers and the BM 4K cards, in fact all drivers that I install that support the particular 4K device at least see the cards in Windows, and most drivers work for the USB 3 Shuttle
