LiveKey Error 1

I am getting the following error message when I try to use LiveKey.
DirectShow could not be properly initialized, LiveKey will exit (Error 1).
I am using v10.8.2 on windows 10 with a DeckLink mini recorder. What do I need to do resolve this error message?

Hello, I have the same problem. Windows 8.1, 64 bit. Everytime I want to open "live key" this message appears. I've installed it on two PCs, but it's the same on both.
I`'ve installed different "direct x"-components but nothing worked.
Can someone help me please?

Livekey will not work on a Decklink mini recorder. LiveKey only works on Dual card that can have a SDI in and SDI output at the same time. (Almost all 4K cards with a seperated SDI in and SDI out will do)
What livekey application does is to overlay (key) images onto the SDI input and output this on the SDI output of the same card!!
