Hello,
I recently purchased the Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 and upgraded to the latest firmware (3.7 Mac os x). Everything appears to be working fine, but I can't capture any audio channels when my PMW-EX1 sdi out is set to 24PsF (the camera is set to record HQ NTSC 1080 24P)...am I missing something or is this normal?
Btw, audio for both channels is captured when the sdi out is set to 60i.
