Software / Firmware Update Error - Help!

So I just got my new BMI Pro and installed it. This is what I'm getting when auto-prompted for software update: http://imgur.com/U7Xx5ps

Yes I searched and found some old stuff but it never seems like this issue gets enough attention.

I'd greatly appreciate it if BM tech support would help me address this problem so I can get my new piece of hardware running properly. General forum members are welcome to share experience as well.
