Hello,
I try to connect my UltraStudio Pro to Notebook ASUS N56V via USB 3.0. I downloaded and installed official driver for Ultrastudio Pro from blackmagicdesign.com on my Notebook. Every time when I connect Ultrasturio Pro to USB 3.0 my notebook is freezing and only hard reset can help to reboot it.
Do you know what's the problem? Do I need another drivers for usb controller?
My notebook is in list on this site like compatible with UltraStudio Pro.
Operating System Windows 7 64 bit.
