Hi guys, hope someone can help...

Today i made a switch to my new iMac Pro. The only things thats not really working is my Flanders monitor.

I use the UltraStudio Mini Monitor. Before i had the thunderbolt into my mac and it worked super fine. But today with the new setup i have to use and adaptor from the MiniMonitor into the iMac using a converter from TB2 to TB3 (USBc3).

the thing is now the Black Magic desktop video itility doenst work. I cant find my signal.

Is it because the Mini Monitor does not work with TB3/USBc3?

Perhaps you are using the incorrect adapter. Check the LED on the UltraStudio Mini Monitor, near the Thunderbolt port, and ensure that it's powered on. If the LED is not turning on, then you are most likely using the wrong adapter. We recommend using the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter.
