SDI cable coming from switched on BMCC 2,5K and connected to a Miniconverter SDI IN, HDMI cable at its turn is connected to HDMI OUT on converter from one end, and to HDMI IN of the screen at the other end. Screen specs are: FullHD 1920 x 1080. Software installed to the PC, as well as drivers.
But below message appears on screen and does not go off:

"Input Signal Out of Range

Current Mode:
H= 28.6 kHz, V= 50Hz

Change Mode to:
1920 x 1080 60 Hz"

Apart from this, after all, when HDMI cable is disconnected from the screen, screen Switch off is locked. And its impossible to switch off the screen. Switch off of the screen is locked.

Please advise on the solution.

"Signal out of range" usually means that the monitor does not support the signal that you are feeding it. This camera supports the frame rates below, so verify if your monitor supports the following.

1080p - 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30.
