SD on DeckLink Quad 2

Hi all.

I'm trying to get an sd signal into the DL.
I also need an sd out.

I'm using media express to monitor as to when I get the signal.

I've tried everything I know to do.

When I installed the card it automatically updated.

Also, I'm using vMix.

Have you configured the card using Desktop Video application that came with the install?

On the quad you need to config the in and outputs as all ports can be in or out..

I have tried everything.
I cant get an sd signal to show up.
I'm monitoring with Media express.

Hello Caine. One way of troubleshooting is to play a file on one output and connect directly to another input leaving any external equipment out of the loop. Try SD and HD. Also I have to ask. Your SD signal is SDI Digital and not Composite Analog video right?

No, the sd signal is analog.
I guess that's why it doesn't work.
The inputs must be digital only.

Yes SD-SDI is a digital signal. Not analog composite video..
