So I'm testing out my new hyperdeck studio mini and I've recorded a couple of times to an SD card. Both times, I pop the card in my PC, load up the video file and it's just black. No video, no audio.

The screen is on the unit is showing a video feed, and I ran the setup software to see if there were any updates, but there were none. My SD cards are straight off the approved SD card list.

Any thoughts?

Which format did you record with on the HyperDeck and do you have the corresponding codec installed in your PC? Do you hear audio?
