Black Magic UltraStudio mini recorder

We have encountered a major issue with the BlackMagic Ultra Studio Mini Recorder.

When we plugged it into our Macbook, it asked to be updated, and we did.

However, after that, the Mac could no longer detect it.

It sounds like you updated the Ultrastudio's firmware, but have you also downloaded the latest version of the Desktop Video software? It could be that you're using an older version.
