Question about compatibility with a 2012 Mac Pro

We have a 2012 (5.1) Mac Pro and we would like to know if it will works if we bought both Ultrastudio 4K Extreme 3 and the Blackmagic PCI Express Cable Kit ? Also I would like to know the possible limitation with this setup.
Moreover, we have also a blackmagic multidock and i would like to know if it will work if we install a sonnet Allegro USB-C Pcie Card into our Mac Pro and use an Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter ?
