Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 No desktop video device detected
Posted: Sat May 26, 2018 6:40 amI have a BM Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 that is not detected by the Desktop Video Utility. Could you help me? I have done everything the manuals, tutorials and I have updated the software to the latest version. I use it on a Mac with OS X EL CAPITAN v 10.11.6
