No audio or video Decklink Mini Recorder 4k

Recently purchased DeckLink Mini 4k Recorder. Using two cameras to test - Canon Vixia HF G10 and Canon Vixia HF G30 via HDMI. Desktop Video Setup detects the signal and adjusts if I change output resolution. However, I can't get Media Express to show audio or video regardless of the setting. I've tried different HDMI cables, different outputs resolutions, different settings on the cameras and even reset cameras to default settings nothing. Pretty much anything I could find in the forums, I've tried. Thoughts?

Did you change the input to HDMI rather than SDI in the Desktop Video setup software? This could potentially be the issue with the image not being detected in Media Express under the Log and Capture tab.
