My switcher was updated at church to v7.5 and they used a PC to do it. The graphics pool went away so I brought the switcher home to replace the graphics with Photoshop on my iMac. I downloaded the 7.5 to my iMac and now I can't get the switcher to connect. I'm using the same network address that worked before.
Would appreciate any help.

Finally changed the address in the switcher and it started working showing the switcher controls on the monitor. But now I'm having trouble keying. I put one of the templates in the media pool and I can use the software switcher to mix in a key but can't use the DSK1 button on the hardware switcher to mix in a key.
Question: Is the V 7.5 for the TV Studio HD switcher?

I think I have it figured out. Working with the menu on the hardware switcher back and forth with the soft ware switcher, finally got it in sync. Now able to put in keys using the down stream with media players 1 & 2.
It just takes some time.
