ps4 pro/intensityshuttle/4ktv/mac-Help connectivity

Hey guys, So ive been streaming since a few months and I use the Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle Usb3.0 to connect my ps4 pro to the captured card, which then outputs to my tv and my Mac, through which I stream.

Recently, I bought a 4k HDR tv, and when I connect my ps4 pro to the tv directly, it displays in 4k, however, when I connect my ps pro to the intensity shuttle and use the HDMI output to the tv ( as I have always done) - my tv says HDR not supported on this tv.

I know this isn't a HDMI cable issue as both the cables are from ps4 pro's.

To be clear, Im not looking to stream or record in 4k, only looking to output as 4k so when I stream, what I can see is 4k at least. is this not possible at all with the capture card or is there a workaround?

Please do respond! Thanks!

Hello Vritika. Are you expecting the Intensity Shuttle to pass 4K UHD? Because the highest rate it will work at is 1080i60 or 1080p30.
