I am trying to install any Blackmagic device in a new box I just built.
This is a fresh install of Windows, and a fresh install of the Black Magic Drivers.
As you can see from the attached image, the device is found in Windows, but not in Media Express (or any other application I try).

I have tried with this card, and 2 different 4k cards.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this driver.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled an earlier drive.
All have the same effect.

As others have pointed out on this forum, I had to go back to driver version 10.9.5 in order to make work.

With my Intensity card, I was able to step by step update the drivers from 10.9.5 all the way to the latest.
But with my SDI card, I had to stop at 10.9.5. 10.9.7 did not work and experienced the same as I orginally reported.
