Capture from blackmagic micro studio camera 4k problem
Posted: Thu Jul 05, 2018 10:46 amWe have a Black Magic Micro studio Camera and are trying to capture the video using a Intensity Pro 4K Capture card and the Black Magic Media Express Software version 3.5.6 on Windows 10.
The Camera and Media express are both set to 1080P50
Randomly and approximately between 2 and 20 minutes the video from the camera freezes.
If I re-boot the camera the image comes live again.
If I unplug the HDMI from the Capture card and plug straight into a monitor the image is still live.
We haven't tried recording the video yet, just viewing in the window.
Any advice would be appreciated.
