Software to hook up into Smart Video Hub 12x12

So thought I downloaded the correct software to use to operate and label the Smart Videohub 12x12, but after download the zip file, I haven't been able to install. I've tried using the mac, and pc computers. Any help or advice of what I'm doing wrong?
