Decklink Studio + Dell Poweredge

Hello,

I am trying to install Decklink Studio card on Dell Poweredge R210 II server, it has INTEL COUGAR-POINT CHIPSET(Intel Xeon C200), but ever time I try to install the software or driver - the computer just freezes.
I tried this on Windows XP 32bit and Windows 7 64bit, freezes on both of them. Tried older driver and the newest. Updated BIOS to newest version and downgraded to oldest.
I read that some Dell systems aren't supported, but couldn't find a list of supported systems. Could this be one of them?
Can someone answer me, if this is in fact some problem with unsupported motherboard or I just should do something different?

Just to let you know that we got in touch with Dell, turned out that PCI-E slot was designed for only a specific PCI-E card, so basically - nothing else will work in that slot including Blackmagic. Please lock the thread!
