I want to connect Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle USB to my iMac 14 But after connecting to mac its not get discovered by machine What may be the solution?
There's information missing from your post that would be of help to others trying to provide guidance. Some helpful information would be answering the following questions:
Have you tested with a different USB 3 cable? What version(s) of Desktop Video you installed? What is the operating system on the computer?
And did you plug it into a USB3 port? USB 2 wont work!

I've Imac 14,2 with 4 USB 3.0 port in which we connect Intensity shuttle device Mac OS is 10.10 we also check with different USB cable. We installed latest Desktop video i.e 11.1
"Unable to detect Intensity Shuttle USB 3" on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) with macOS Sierra 10.12.5.
It has been working in the past, since I stopped live streaming for a while I uninstalled the Desktop Video software. Now after installing the latest version 11.4 and also 11.4.1 my device cannot be detected anymore.
