Not connecting to Ultrastudio Mini Recorder.

Hi All,

Just bought a Ultrastudio Mini Recorder.
Installed the software and I'm able to startup the Desktop Video device engine, but when I connect my Mini Recorder, It will not show up.

Connect through a Thunderbolt to thunderbolt cable.

Have a MAcBook Pro late 2011 running on Sierra High. Also updated the Destop Video Device Engine to the latest version...

Anybody any clue......

I mistakenly unplugged my thunderbolt during updating my mini recorder and it stopped working after then

The same problem, after connecting thunderbolt updated automatically and unfinish and now Recorder lies like brick, lighter stop working too. BMC Support not responding 2 weeks weeks, nobody care. Light bulb is working or not ?

If you emailed your regions support office and did not receive a response, we would suggest reaching out via phone and discuss this with them.
