Problem with new Intensity Shuttle 3.0 USB

Hello,

I just bought Intensity Shuttle 3.0 USB and tried to install software and get started. At the moment when I plug in the cable from the device to my USB, Windows 10 crashed with a message - BUGCODE_USB3. Do you know what is the problem and how I can resolve it? My laptop is Lenovo Ideapad 700-15ISIK.

Are your lenovo drivers up to date?

I'm doing a test install with Resolve, desktop video, and my Shuttle USB3, on a Lenovo desktop machine, and getting issue with 'unsigned drivers', and the shuttle not being accesable,. wonder if there's an issue with the latest desktop video download from BMD ?
