Are you aware that in Brazil there is an authorized BlackMagic reseller that scams people? So it is! The company is called BROADMEDIA and is on your website as an official reseller. It sells BlackMagic products with signs of use, defects, does not deliver the products and also sells products that it does not have in stock. This delays the audiovisual production of people who buy from this company and are looking for security when purchasing your products on the official website. YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. There are Brazilians taking high losses because of this. I have a product that was purchased in February and I still cannot use it because it was sent to technical assistance due to mold on the lens and I was told that I would have to pay for the repair of this product that I had just received. What are you going to do about this?
The lawyer who is following the project has already filed a lawsuit against the company, because I am experiencing moral harm with the team hired to make the documentary. I need my new camera, just like I paid for.
