Caméra Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro 4,6K G2 Screen Freeze

Hello,

I purchased a Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro G2 last month.
I noticed last week that it was starting to malfunction : a few seconds after switching it on, the image on the LCD screen as well as the SDI outputs freezes. Unable to record or to calibrate the sensor. I've tried different recording formats, different firmware updates and several camera resets but it didn't change anything.
Then, I sometimes noticed problems with exposure and pink tint on the frozen image.

This problem arose suddenly, when I had barely used it (and it was working very well before).

What do you think ? Where could the problem be come from ? What should I do ?

Welcome to the URSA G2, when you 'get a good one' then your set, unfortunately the pink screen problem has been around since these were released back in 2019.

Get BMD/your reseller to replace it under warranty.
