Hello Everyone, Nice to meet you.
About a week ago I received my Pocket 6k Pro. I haven't used it much yet, as I'm trying read up on it as i have never used a camera like this before. Previously I shot on my t7i rebel DLSR, nothing major. just stuff for college courses.
However i recently saw a video talking about how the Pocket 6k pro is supposed to have 4 levels of filtration? Clear, 2 stop, 4 stop, 6 stop. I was only able to ever seemingly switch between 2 settings and switching was always kinda slow. However I also noticed that sometimes it doesn't even change between the two stages. In addition the ND number on the screen never seems to change.
I have seen some posts on reddit that apparently indicate that this is a known issue, not sure how reliable reddit threads are though. What can i do to resolve this?
