Vertical Blue Line On Footage

Hey, I’m a new Black Magic design user. I recently got a 6k Pocket cinema camera. However, when I turn the camera on a thick blue line appears on the screen. It also appears on the footage when downloaded. The line does not appear when in settings or anything that does not display the picture from the lens. The line only appears when the footage is shot in 6-4k, but not 3.7. Is there any setting that is causing this or is there a problem internally? If it needs to be fixed, how would I go about sending it in to repair?
