It seems the only audio in option that works on the camera are the built-in microphones. When I try to use 3.5mm or mini xlr, the volume and gain are not available to adjust. And I can see that no audio is actually being picked up. I tried the same microphone on a different camera, and it works perfectly fine. What is the issue here?
