Add GPS Data to video - Similar to GoPro

Is there a way to add GPS Data to a video file while you capture it?

Note that I'm not talking about adding an overlay in post production, I'm talking about embedding the data into the video file that would be used to add an overlay in post production.

As far as I know, GoPro is the only company that does this, but I'm hoping it can be done with this app as well.
