Hey everyone,
I’m using the Blackmagic Camera app on my iPhone and running into a couple of frustrating issues:
I’ve deleted all the videos from both the app and my phone.
My iPhone shows 40GB of free space.
But the Blackmagic Camera app still says there’s only 4GB available.
To make things worse, I tried connecting an external hard drive to record directly, but during recording it constantly says “unknown error occurred” and stops.
I’m stuck and can’t figure out how to free up space or get the external drive to work properly. Has anyone dealt with this before?
Any tips or fixes would be super appreciated!
