BMPCC 6K Pro WON'T UPDATE

Trying to upgrade to 9.4 Beta. But It's happened with other versions as well!
No matter how many times I update, it shows completed. However, on the camera it still says my version is 8.1!
Help
- I've used multiple cables (even though the issue isnt camera recognition with the software)
- I've used multiple computers (mac and pc)
I'm confused. Please help.

8.1 is currently the latest non-beta version for that camera.

The latest beta version for it is 8.6 beta and to get it you need to download that specific version.

It feels like literally every second thread here and on Reddit is about someone misunderstanding how BMD firmware updates work. BMD should really figure out a better way to communicate how this all works…
