EVF for Blackmagic cinema camera

Does anybody know if its possible to use you old HDMI EVF's and monitors with a thunderbolt to HDMI converters? Or do you have to get an alfatron EVF w HD-SDI input?

As of right now you can not use those adapter we are told. No one knows if at some point you'll be able to either. Either an SDI EVF or an HDMI EVF with a SDI to HDMI converter is the only way.
