PNC / Kamerar / Socom PR-1 Prime Video Rig

PostFri Dec 28, 2012 12:17 am

Hi everyone,

I came across the PNC PR-1 Prime Video Rig (http://www.photographyandcinema.com/pro ... eo-rig-kit) and I was wondering whether anybody has used one of these? I was considering buying it as an entry level shoulder rig for the BMCC. I don't want to kit it out massively, just attach the camera and shoot. Since it has an off-set bracket, the BMCC display would be closer to my face, but I am wondering how stable these brackets are considering they would "carry" the whole weight of the camera.

Let me know what you think.

I haven't tried that out but Emm, who runs the blog Cheesycam, has access to the rig and the BMCC so you should contact him.
