French Music Video made with my BMCC

PostThu Apr 25, 2013 7:21 pm

Here is my first music video shot with the BMCC :

Shot in RAW, post-production using Resolve, FCPX and After Effect. Lenses used : 21 & 35 mm Zeiss CP.2 lenses, Tokina 11-16mm, Nikkor 55 mm AI-S.

That was a great opportunity to test my cam using a RAW workflow, more information to come on my website : marclinnhoff.com

Thanks for watching :) Would love to get your feedback :)

That's great Marc! Well done!

So...how did you find the RAW workflow? Did it add much work to your post? Positives? Negatives? Will you use RAW again?

Thank you Sean,

I definitly love shooting and editing RAW.. So much things that you can do ! To get my camera took a long time  I spent days to learn about Color Grading using Resolve 9. I simply love it ! Sending Proxies to edit in your NLE is really simple, no worry there's plenty of nice tutorials on internet..

Of course you just can't use RAW all the time, that's perfect for some commercial, drama and music video I think, Prores is a great alternative.
