Just one issue I brought up before which is that the fan fails to start up when turning the camera on. To get the fan working I need to blow into the fan vent holes to start it up. As the camera needs this fan I'm assuming this is a pretty big issue. The camera overheats outside majorly before I realize I have to unmount the camera and blow into the vent to start the fan once again. Is this a good reason to send it in and get it looked at?
Contact customer support and see what they think. As the fan is a customer replaceable item, they might send you a new one and you can replace it by yourself (see manual). saves a lot of time.
