Never say never but highly unlikely to support that much colour information on the current cameras using the Bayer colour filter.

In theory, that much colour could be recorded on the BMPC4K camera for 1080p HD output derived from the 3480x2160 sensor but in practice it is best achieved in post if you want to use Resolve to generate ProRes 4:4:4:4 from the 4K raw files produced by the BMPC4K.

I think a lot of video interfaces such as the 6G-SDI or 3G-SDI on the BMPC4K or BMCC and peripherals such as monitors and so on are designed to handle 4:2:2 video, not 4:4:4.

If BMD ever moved to a foveon sensor (owned by Sigma), you might see more 4:4:4:4 video. Cameras with 3CCDs may also support 4:4:4 colour. In both of these options, Bayer filters are not used of course.
