Why my file have 2400x1300 resolution?

in the specification of BMCC are "Resolution: 2432 x 1366" but my file have 2400x1300 resolution, it is normal?

It is normal (assuming you meant to say 2400 x 1350 - not 1300)

Because of how debayering works, the pixels at the very edge of the frame are used in the debayering process, but do not result in being part of the final image in the form of whole pixels.

Each final pixel gets its debayered value based on a collection of photosites, not just one single photosite, as such the active photosite count and final debayered resolution will be slightly different.

As usual, Tom is bang on.

It's the same reason as why DSLR manufacturer's state "total pixels" and "effective pixels" in their specs.
