Hey everyone I purchased a Pocket 4k a few months ago and haven't done any updates to it. So today is my first update... UPDATE 7.6.1 on Mac OS X. I've done all the steps correctly from uninstalling all my converters to removing everything off my camera and having the power cable plugged in as well. once I get to the USB-C plug in it says "No converters found check that your converter is connected properly" anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? thanks!
