BM 12k problem - vertical lines - please read

recently bought a brand new BM 12k

was going through my latest footage and noticed this strong green vertical lines running down the left side of the image. it was not constant through the whole clip but occured a number of times while filming
i thought it was just on the LCD, but its showing up in the footage.

does anyone know what this means ?
what is the reason

can anyone help

Definitely something wrong there. Contact BMD Support via email and include that image.

Yeah definitely go through support for this. I recently had something funky going on with my 12K tech support were great!

I have the same problem... but my big problem is I have 6 cameras, and now the problem is in 3 off them.

Why are you trolling. Is that what competitors are doing these days? Making fake accounts to try and bash other brands products.

did you ever solve this issue? I had a shoot today that it did this same thing twice!

Try transferring your clip from the card to the hard drive again.
