I updated my BMPCCK4k to the Firmware 7.9 and now the display is stuck with a clean feed and non of the buttons work. I've tried swiping up and down on the display, but it's not responsive. I hooked up a Ninja V via HDMI to see if the signal is going out, which it was. I then disconnected the HDMI hoping that it might trigger the display functions on the BMPCC4k to come back, but found no success.
I've searched online and sent and email to Blackmagic but so far have not found any solution to my issue.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
Is there a away to reset the BMPCC4k to factory settings?
