BMPCC 4K NOT WORKING

Hello, I need help with my camera.
My touch screen haven't been working for a while, so I decided to update the camera today. (cause people said it would work).
when the update started it got to 99%, then turned stuck.
It was stuck for around 1 hour so i decided to cancel it, and now my camera is just black.
When i turn it off the red light stills on, and none of my PC's recognise the camera anymore..

What should i do?
I don't understand how the screen could be a problem in the first place, but that's not the biggest problem. My camera is not even usable anymore after the canceled.
