No it will still be there. The Sigma IS is simply not made for video.
Michael, I'm not trying to dispute your responses and with all due respect, I'm not sure now what is meant by "weird chops" with the Sigma lens. I agree it is not a cine lens, as most still lenses are not made for it. Can you share a short video clip that shows this? We may be experiencing different artifacts with the Sigma lens. I'm just asking to gain some understanding. You may be right with something I have not encountered or totally different from what I have experienced. Cheers.
