Sometimes Support gives strange answers, almost from a bad artificial intelligence. I wrote recently to point out a way to check and explore because I have clues as to why with the new firmware there are problems with supporting certain NVME disks in the Pocket line and video assists, but work fine with ssd.
The disturbing thing was that they hardly read the contents of my e-mail, but said that I must stay on the certified disks, and I had indicated precisely those certified disks that give problems.
Of the symptoms I pointed out they completely ignored the indication, and were slavishly repeating information that I had already written in other words, and links that I had put on the list of compatible disks myself.
At this time I am a little skeptical that my directions were passed on to the development team
