what do you mean if you're using a real 180 degree shutter digital works the same way. The more you lower your shutter the less light hits it.


If you set your shutter speed as a fraction of a second, it doesn't automatically change when you change your frame rate (unless, I suppose, that shutter speed is impossible at that frame rate). If you set it in degrees, it is by definition directly related to the frame rate: 180° shutter means that the shutter is open for exactly have the frame duration.

So.. did you guys end up moving from Q5 to 5:1/8:1 or sticking by Q5?
