BMCC Audio Storage Clarify

Hi,
my first post here.
I'm from Italy,so sorry for my bad English!

I preordered EF BlackMagic Camera. I read several posts about,but i need a clarification about audio during RAW acquistion: How it is stored into the SSD? The camera makes a new folder with uncompressed audio files?

If shooting CinemaDNG, there is an uncompressed WAV file in the same folder as the individual .dng frames. I have yet to see example ProRes files, so I am unsure, but I "suspect" they are part of the .mov clip as audio tracks.

Note that the additional metadata logged with the camera is stored as XML inside the .WAV file.

I believe the format is Broadcast Wave.

Yes, there is timecode in the WAV file as part of the Broadcast Extension (BEXT) chunk. The WAV file can contain other extensions as well such as XML, etc.
