Custom Guides Not Working on BMPCC4K with 6.6

Hello,

I just updated our BMPCC4K to version 6.6 but I cannot get the Custom Frame Guide to pop up. I see in the manual in says:

"To create your own frame guide ratio for a unique appearance, tap on the ratio displayed between the arrow buttons. On the ‘custom frame guide’ screen tap the backspace button to delete the current ratio, then use the numeric keypad to specify a new ratio. Tap ‘update’ to apply your custom frame guide ratio and return to shooting."

However, when I tap on the ratio displayed between the arrows, nothing happens. I tapped, I long pressed, I'm not sure why it won't pop up. Anyone else having these issues or is it just me?

No I don't have this problem... Maybe a dumb question, but when you tap on the aspect ration, are you sure you're actually on the touchscreen menu (the one you access by tapping on the top left of your screen, next to the frame rate) and not the monitor menu you access with the menu button ?

Thanks for the response. That was it. I had to access the frame guides through the "overlay" menu instead of the "settings" menu. Once I tapped on THAT ratio between the arrows, it allowed me to make a custom guide.

I also had this issue, thinking it was disabled. Worked for me when clicking from the top left corner in the overlay.

I'm just wondering, is it possible to delete your Custom Guides as well?
