Dead Pixels in Sensor

I waited a very long time for my MFT BMCC to come in and today it arrived. To my disappointment it has a bunch of dead pixels on the sensor. I know its not the touch screen because when i bring up the menus they don't show up. Its only with a lens on it or powered up with the lens cap on. Has anyone else experienced this. I thought the sensor issues were all fixed.

What do you see in your raw files? Exact same thing as on the LCD?

Yes, its the exact same thing. Just talked to the dealer i got it from and thay are shipping me a new one.
