I am with a good sized company and we have a few BlackMagic Ursa Mini Pros. We have been using them since the first monster came out. I am not a paid spokes person just an avid user.

I was shooting from a large boat when I need to exit to the dock down a ramp... Well the ramp was not secured and I fell about 3 to 4 feet and land fine but I put such a grip on the handle that it broke. I called Support asking them if they had a screw that I could just replace to get me going again with that camera. The said sure and asked If I needed anything else. I replied if you have another audio nob that would be great. 2 days later I get a brand new grip and a set of nobs.

I just want to say thank you BlackMagic Design Team, every time I have called you have been there to help! Just so that people understand who I am, I am a business owner for over 20 years in the film industry and found that BlackMagic Products have created a higher profit margin.

Me too, two years ago I had problem with va4k, not only they send me back a new va4k, but they send me back a new va4k in 10 days from when I sent my va4k under Christmas period from Italy to uk and back.
For me, excellent customer service.

Me too, had an originalVA with bright spot issue, sent in it, turnaround was 7 days, problem fixed.
Go a replacement knob for my Ursa Broadcast in three days. Thanks BMD.

Same experience twice, both times we got a fast pick-up and turnaround within one week. No charges, all under warranty. We use the Ursa mini Pro almost on a weekly basis and its nice to see that BMD provides great support.
