I try to shoot in lowlight conditions
Record settings are
BRAW 5.1
60 frames
shutterspeed 180
I see that the light is flickering on the background
Anybody know the best shutterspeed shooting in BRAW 60 frames in lowlight conditions.
Without flickering light in the background

Since you live in PAL-world, you probably also have a 50Hz power system. With a 50 Hz system, lights will tend to flicker every half-cycle or at 100 Hz. Older fluorescent lighting with magnetic ballasting tends to be the worst.

For this situation, you should choose a shutter speed of 1/100 when shooting at 60 fps, or 1/50 when shooting at 30 fps or slower. This would be a shutter angle of 216 degrees for 60 fps. If you have a Pocket 4K or 6K with the latest firmware, it has a setting which will recommend shutter angles based on the setting you give it for the power frequency.

Oke I figured out
When you shoot higher frame rates you must set your shutterspeed also higher
On 60 frames I set the shutter speed on 216 and no flikering in background anymore

I am making an assumption, but the practicals you speak of are probably LED, cheap LED fixtures as practicals (lights in your shot) cause strobing/flicker problems at any frame rate from 24 to 1000 as they do not have a cool off cycle like tungsten, look to replace them or turn them off if you can. If not can you identify the lights that strobe in your BG?

The rule is 180, but 216 and 174.x born exactly to correct shutter to avoid flickering.
Don’t forget that in new os of ursa and pocket you can press for more time shutter number and change directly shutter speed from fraction of 0.1 to avoid flickering. Check manual for more info

A shutter angle of 216 degrees covers the OP's situation of 100 Hz flicker from lighting powered by 50 Hz power shooting at a frame rate of 60 fps. The OP confirms this in his statement that this setting solved his flicker problem.

When shooting at 24 fps in PAL (50Hz), 172.8 degrees is recommended. At 60 fps recommend 216 degree shutter angle. But if it’s a problem and there’s not quick motion, I’d try 360 degree shutter angle to avoid the flicker from those LEDs. There are costly LEDs that are flicker free because they cycle very rapidly.

I have recorded with 360 degrees many times as a last resort when I had insufficient light and the results were fine.

If you're shooting at 24 fps and you're in North America where the power is 60 Hz, you can get away with a 360-degree shutter because that is exactly 5 half-cycles of the power.

But if the power is 50 Hz, then a 360-degree shutter @ 24 fps is 4 1/6 half-cycles and depending on the nature of the light you could see some amount of flicker. If you need the extra exposure, I would set a shutter angle of 345.6 degrees in this scenario. Another choice would be 259.2 degrees which is closer to 180 degrees if you don't need quite so much extra exposure.
