BMDCC 4k has start-up issues

My screen shows blank white for 10 minutes before it comes on. But when the camera has been in use for long and later put off, it comes on normally. Please what can I do?

You can call BMD Support as that behaviour isn’t normal. Hope you’re still under warranty.

Is there any advice for me in case I want to fix it myself? Taking from the fact that I stay in Africa which could be far from BMD service office

No likely Rick, it is an original BMCC, not a Pocket 4K.
