BMCC up against 4k cams[Raw Resolution Charts]

PostMon Aug 19, 2013 1:04 am

A Revealing Test how well the 2.5k bmcc compares to other higher priced 4k cams
Very apparent in the 4x area!
Hope the New 4K Quad HD BMPC is as free from artifacts as the C500 ...especially Chroma Moire & aliasing .... :Cheers! :o

I dunno, for a twenty thousand dollar camera, the c500 looked pretty soft to me.

EDIT: I meant to say the F55 looked pretty soft. Also, for costing a tenth the price of all the other cameras in the comparison, the BMCC holds up pretty well.

Yeah i agree the Bmcc 2.5 is great compared to the artifact ridden f55 .The c500 is clearly the best in this test.
Cheers.

I'll even be willing to say that the scarlet was looking pretty unimpressive. compared to the competition.
